Work Zone, War Zone: ‘A Case of Inattention’

Abstract:

This article discusses a work zone accident in August. A motorist drove over Henry Gaddies-breaking his legs, an arm and hip-as he toiled at a VDOT work zone. A fellow worker was killed that day. Accident data in work zones is also presented.
