MUTCD Proposed Rules: Changes to Compliance Dates and Standard Definition

On September 27, 2011, Hari Kalla of FHWA discussed the two proposed rules that are currently open for public comments. He provided information on the proposed rule on the definition of standard statements, the use of engineering judgment, and the proposed rule on MUTCD compliance dates.
