Flagger Certification

SCNSC Flagger Certification is approved by the following states:
Connecticut, Washington DC, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina (with additional requirements), Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The flagger instructor and novice training offers comprehensive skill-building session that meets federal industry guidelines: the MUTCD guidelines and the ANSI standard ISEA-107-1999 (novice) ANSI standard ISEA-107-2010 (instructor). The Office of Highway Safety, the Federal Highway Administration, and several state Departments of Transportation have reviewed these programs.
