Maintenance of Traffic for Technicians

This course presents information about the placement of, field maintenance required for, and inspection of traffic control devices. In addition, drafting work zone traffic control plans and flagger operations are discussed.

This training is divided into five modules:
1. General Terms and Procedures;
2. Traffic Channelizing and Control Devices;
3. Traffic Control Zones;
4. Flagger Operations; and
5. Traffic Control Zone Operations.

This training is recommended for the Transportation Curriculum Coordination Council levels I, II, and III.
