This class covers the basics of temporary traffic control for the protection of maintenance and utility work areas. The program covers Federal and State standards including the fundamental principles of traffic control from both part VI of the MUTCD and the Oregon Temporary Traffic Control Handbook. 3 year flagger card awarded.
