TRB Webinar: Temporary Pavement Markings and Removal in Work Zones

Temporary pavement markings in work zones help direct drivers safely through various work zone configurations. This webinar provides an overview of state department of transportation practices for temporary pavement markings in work zones and pavement marking removal. Duration, weather conditions, time of year, ease of placement, pavement type, traffic volume, and equipment availability all play a role in determining which markings are used.
