Switched from Construction/Engineering Grade sheeting to High-Intensity sheeting for barrels and barricades

Minnesota DOT requries the use of 3M Diamond Grade Sheeting on all barricades and drums, with Fluorescent Orange Diamond Grade Sheeting required instead of Standard Orange on drums.
