Work zone speed limit

Ohio DOT has a policy based on Ohio law for reducing speed limits in a work zone. The policy explains the requirements for implementing a speed reduction in a work zone. It is documented in Traffic Engineering Manual (TEM), Section 600 Temporary Traffic Control, 640-18.2 Speed Limit Reductions (See the web site below).
