Bill Would Ban Cellphones in Highway Construction Zones

A bill proposed by Wisconsin State Senator Jerry Petrowski prohibits the use of  a cell phone while driving in  construction zones, unless it is a hands-free device or the  user is making an emergency call.   Violators could face a 20 dollar fine.
