Caltrans Holds Memorial for Workers Killed on Duty

Caltrans held its 21st annual Highway Workers Memorial on Monday, April 15, in honor of workers killed on state highways. During the memorial, Caltrans officials asked drivers to “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
