Caltrans Memorial Honors 178 Fallen Highway Workers and Reminds Motorists to Slow for the Cone Zone

Caltrans honored the 178 workers who have lost their lives on the job at the 22nd Annual Workers Memorial. Caltrans has partnered with the California Transportation Foundation to develop funds for the families of Caltrans workers killed on the job.
