City Worker Dies After Being Hit in Construction Zone

Jack Luper, a 57-year-old City of Fayetteville worker, was killed after a car crashed into his work site on Joyce near Butterfield Trail Village. Jo Jackson, the driver, was arrested for DWI drugs, Reckless Driving, Disobeying a Traffic Control Device, and other charges.
