Construction Worker Hurt in I-95 Hit-and-Run

Ricardo Jobes was struck just after midnight Saturday on I-95 near Caton Avenue; where Maryland Transportation Authority police say a driver veered into the construction zone striking Jobes and fleeing the scene. Police are looking for the driver of a gold or silver GM with likely headlight damage. Jobes is recovering with a shattered leg.
