Construction Worker Struck by Motorist in Work Zone in Moore

Danny Felkins, a construction worker, was struck by a motorist who drove into a street closed for construction although signs were present. Danny suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver fled the scene after the accident, but later he turned himself in to the police.
