Construction Zone Ticket Thrown out

Ray Haggard received a ticket for making an illegal turn on an intersection. He took pictures of the intersection to prove that no signs were actually posted about illegal left turns. The construction company responsible for maintaining those traffic signs claimed the full responsibility and the police cancelled the ticket issued to Haggard.
