Cycling Into Construction Zones to Get Pricey

The City of Calgary is cracking down on cyclists who pedal into work zones. Signs telling cyclists to dismount, usually because of a narrowed pathway shared with civilians, are being ignored. Bylaw officers handed out 23 tickets, $100 dollars per ticket, at just one work site Thursday morning.
