Death of Young Woman Prompts Change to Construction Zone in Rogers

Author/Presenter: Mazan, Joe
Abstract:

A crash involving three vehicles occurred on Interstate 94 in Rogers on Sunday morning, which caused one of them hit a piece of construction equipment on the side of the road and killed twenty-four-year-old Megan Hinchliff. Due to the accident, Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) officials have moved the equipment farther from the road and they are also considering adding additional barriers in the construction zone.
