FHWA Highway Construction Noise Handbook

The U.S. Federal Highway Administration has released a handbook with a CD-ROM that explores factors and issues that may be appropriate to consider in dealing with construction noise. The handbook is intended to serve as a reference document to be used in conjunction with the companion CD-ROM. The handbook includes a summary of the range of issues and factors associated with construction noise, while the CD-ROM contains significantly more data associated with related sources of information.
