Foundation Announces College Financial Assistance to the Children of Fallen Highway Workers

The American Road & Transportation Builders Association Transportation Development Foundation (ARTBA-TDF) announced its 2009 Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship recipients. The ARTBA-TDF’s Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship program was established in 1999 to provide financial assistance to children of highway workers killed or permanently disabled on the job in their pursuit of higher education.
