Highway Workers to Get Uniforms

The West Virginia Division of Highways will spend $1.5 million a year to provide uniforms for its maintenance employees. The uniforms are being provided for safety reasons and to show a consistent look so motorists will be able to identify highway workers. The uniform policy is being enacted this year during a busier than usual work zone safety season.
