Abstract:

COVID-19 and the stay-at-home order enacted by Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb has reduced the amount of traffic in Indianapolis. The Indiana Department of Transportation will close Interstate 70 for about 30 days in each direction to accelerate planned construction.
