I-90 Traffic Restrictions in Place after Memorial Day

Abstract:

Repair work on Interstate 90 between Alden and the Blue Earth Rest Areas will result in lane restrictions and speeds reduced to 40 mph. beginning Tuesday, May 30. The State Patrol has been retained for extra enforcement for this project. Mn/DOT and Patrol remind motorists of the double fines in work zones. Motorists are advised to slow down and drive with caution through the work zones. Ninety-eight percent of all work zone fatalities are travelers.
