International Union of Operating Engineers Provides Significant Financial Support for ARTBA Foundation: “Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship”

The International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE) has made a generous $10,000 contribution in support of the American Road & Transportation Builders Association Transportation Development Foundation’s (ARTBA-TDF) “Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship” fund. The scholarship provides post-high school financial assistance to the children of highway workers killed or permanently disabled on the job.
