Abstract:

The speaker discusses four types of laws and regulations that impose liability on employers for work zone hazards which either harm, or have a potential to harm persons on the work site. These areas are the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Worker’s Compensation Laws, Common Law Negligence, and State Safety Statutes.
