Police arrested William Hurt, a man from Boonville, Indiana, in connection with the death of an Indiana Department of Transportation worker. Hurt faces charges of reckless operation of a vehicle in a highway work zone and disregarding a traffic control device or flagman in a highway work zone, both punishable with up to eight years in prison and a maximum fine of $10,000.
