Map Sticker Alerts Out-of-State Drivers to Safety Law Protecting ITD Workers

To ensure the safety of Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) employees working on the roadsides, the existing Move Over law in Idaho was expanded in 2019 to include responders to a roadside emergency, such as highway workers. ITD will include that safety message on the cover of Idaho highway maps distributed to out-of-state drivers to alert them to the new safety law.
