On the Road: Hart Bridge Ramp Work Begins as Contractors Exercise COVID-19 Awareness

COVID-19 has not slowed down road construction projects, but state and local agencies are exercising caution to protect workers. The $39 million project to remove the Hart Bridge ramps and move traffic flow to ground level has begun along Gator Bowl Boulevard in Jacksonville.
