Management Plan Project Level Guidance Manual

The Project-Level Transportation Management Plan (TMP) guidance document outlines the development, content, and purpose of the Project-Level TMP. A Transportation Management Plan is a documented set of coordinated transportation management strategies used to manage the temporary work zone impacts of construction projects. The goal of the project-level TMPs will be to address the traffic related impacts of the construction projects in a cost-effective and timely manner with minimal interference to the traveling public through the effective application of traditional and innovative traffic mitigation strategies.
