PennDOT, Turnpike Commission Urge Drivers to Watch for Workers During Busy Construction Season

Abstract:

Following the June 1 death of William McGuigan, a Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission worker, who was hit by a tractor trailer entering the closed lane in which he was working, PennDOT and the commission called on drivers to use caution and obey laws in work zones.
