A construction worker was hit and killed by a pickup after the vehicle’s 70-year-old driver disregarding a flagger’s signal to stop for a crew working on the road. Charges against the driver, Arch Kimich of Anderson, are pending while investigators discuss the case with the Grimes County District Attorney’s Office.
