Training Toys for Flaggers Offers More Hands-On Learning

Idaho Transportation Department District 6 Training Specialist Josh Sprague created a few sets of flagger training props that allow trainers to offer tools specifically targeted to a hands-on, visual learner. It has been a success. Those toys are not only used in District 6, but also in Districts 3 and 5.
