UDOT: It’s Illegal to Trespass in Active Construction Zones

Trespassing can impact construction timelines and costs. While the Mountain View Corridor is under construction in Saratoga Springs, the Utah Department of Transportation reminds people that it is illegal to trespass in an active construction zone. Anyone caught trespassing in a construction zone could be charged with anything from criminal trespass (a misdemeanor) to burglary (a felony).
