NTSB Commercial Vehicle Crash Investigations: Findings and Recommendations

Hear from an investigator with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) who will discuss key findings in investigations related to commercial vehicle crashes; provide insights into specific, common factors that contribute to the crashes; and describe subsequent recommendations.

Presenter:
Shawn Currie is a Senior Highway Accident Investigator with NTSB, specializing in Motor Carrier Factors. Shawn has worked with the NTSB for 7 years and has over 29 years of public safety, emergency management and investigative experience, including over 21 years with the Maine State Police.
