Roads Scholar Program
Since 1992, the Minnesota Local Technical Assistance Program, or LTAP, has provided government transportation agencies with low-cost, high-quality training for their employees. Students who earn eight credits within five years will be recognized through a variety of forums and receive a valuable professional development credential. The eight credits needed for a Roads Scholar certificate consist of three credits earned from required LTAP workshops and five elective credits earned from a combination of LTAP workshops.
