TMUTCD Update and Work Zone Refresher

This course provides an update of basic changes included in the Revision 2, November 2011 edition of the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD). The course also serves as a refresher for participants who have previously taken the CCT 520 (Work Zone Traffic Control/Qualified Flagger) course. The course also includes an overview and refresher of the requirements for temporary traffic control in work zones, allowing students to sharpen skills by designing temporary traffic control plans to meet hypothetical situations. Upon successful course completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion and 0.8 CEUs from UTA’s Public Works Institute.
