Applications Due April 8 for 2016 Highway Worker Memorial Scholarships

This news release calls for applications for the ARTBA Transportation Development Foundation’s 2016-17 Lanford Family Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship Program. The scholarship provides post-high school financial assistance to the children of highway workers who have been killed or permanently disabled while working in roadway construction zones.
