City-Wide Motorcycle Ride Raises Awareness for Road Workers in Construction Zones
Abstract:Six people were killed in Indiana construction zones in the past week and a half. On Sunday, hundreds of motorcyclists rode from the Indianapolis Harley-Davidson on the south side to the Moose Lodge in Noblesville, to raise awareness of the men and women working on the roads. In conjunction with INDOT, Sunday’s ride helped raise money to post more and bigger road construction warning signs on Hoosier highways.
