MDT Announces Employee Memorial

Abstract:

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) announces the establishment of a memorial to commemorate the lives of department employees who tragically lost their lives in service to the state of Montana. Situated at the MDT Headquarters, the Dave Manning Memorial Building in Helena, the memorial serves as a poignant reminder to prioritize safety, particularly in work zones. A dedication ceremony is scheduled for April 16, coinciding with National Work Zone Awareness Week. Families of the honored individuals are invited to submit applications for consideration. For inquiries and further information, the public is encouraged to reach out to MDT officials.
