More Safety Measures Could be Coming to Protect Highway Construction Workers in Indiana

Following the death of Justin Nance, who was killed while working on a project in northern Hamilton County, near the intersection of U.S. 31 and 286th Street, leaders in the industry start to look for ways to help keep crews safe. Having the road closed off when projects are in progress and introducing new legislation to get drivers to slow down in work zones are the options in consideration.
