New Work Zone Safety Recommendations Released in Wake of Deadly Crash on Baltimore Beltway

In response to the tragic crash on the Baltimore Beltway that claimed the lives of six construction workers, Maryland officials, led by Governor Wes Moore and Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller, have unveiled a comprehensive set of recommendations to enhance work zone safety. With over 1,100 crashes recorded in Maryland work zones this year alone, the urgency for action is evident.
